Dixtinto, which was the first hotel project of the chef Manuel Frutos, already has a long history in the restoration of the Jiennense capital.

An express reform, which involves forecasting all the jobs so that everything is ready in 10 days.
Dixtinto is characterized by a menu full of original and creative dishes, in addition to its specialty in rice,becoming these are undoubtedly a benchmark for the restaurant.
To define the creative axis of what will be our proposal, we take as a reference the star dish of Dixtinto, its rice dishes that directly evoke the characterMediterranean of the product.
The close nature of the owner in dealing with the client makes us consider a simple setting, without fanfare, the house where Manuel gives his creations to taste.
The process consisted of replacing all the furniture.
Chairs and tables were unified, using light wood and a simple white chair model.
A new lighting was chosen, this one more technical by means of projectors to concentrate the light selectively.
Ambient lighting is achieved with wall sconces.
As a characteristic element of our performance in the interior, we resort to the natural bulrush.
Some local artisans are in charge of manufacturing this element.
Elaborating panels of various dimensions that go through a fireproofing process before their subsequent placement on the perimeter of existing backlit recesses.
The tone chosen for the walls and ceilings is an elegant cobalt blue that contrasts perfectly with the whites, the gold finishes and the natural fibers.
Abroad, our proposal is based on playing with the surprise factor.
We propose a facade as a mural with the creation of a graffiti.
The urban aesthetic of the exterior gives way to a serene, simple and welcoming space.
